Character breakfast

What time is the character breakfast and how do you know what morning it will be on for the 7 night?

On the March 29, Mystery cruise, we had the late seating and the Character Breakfast was on Sunday morning. Sorry but I do not remember what time. Very few people attended.

I think the early seating is around 8 and the late seating 9:30? This is from memory, so I may be a bit off. On the 7 day your character breakfast is the morning after you see the AP show, so the morning after your first time dining at AP. Hope this helps...

The Character Breakfast is on the morning AFTER you eat at Animator's Palate for the first time. Supposedly, they leave tickets in your stateroom telling you which morning that will be.

Sorry in advance if this is answered in another thread, but I was curious - do the excursions leave after scheduled character breakfasts? If not, can you try to switch your character breakfast day to another day if you have an excursion planned for that morning? Do you try to make the change on day one, at the time when others may be trying to change their dining rotation?

Or do you just miss the character breakfast?

Character breakfasts are while you are at sea. On the western, it's my understanding that they offer one the morning you sail to Key West, but otherwise, it's the at-sea days. BTW, when we were on the 1st Western, they didn't do Key West day, ours was Thursday.

Thanks tkd lisa - we plan to book a 7 day while we are on our 3 day in August. Good to know we don't have to worry about conflicts with excursions!
