We will be have our very first trip to WDW beginning April 7. We are spending a few days in another part of FlA and will be arriving at WDW early on the 7th.

My DD11 is not interested in having a breakfast at Cindy's but would prefer to meet some of the other Disney Characters.

I have a few questions:
1. What time do the Character Breakfasts start?
2. What are some of the places you can have a CB?

I understand that I should make PS calls. Is it too soon?

Thanks for all the helpful tips.

I Believe some of the Breakfast start as early as 7 am but don't take my word as your final. You can check out this link to see all the Character Meals:

http://www.wdwig.com/cb.htm

My favorites include 1900 Park Fare (at the GF), Cape May (at the BC)

We like the one at the AK Donald's Breakfastasourus (I know that's not the correct spelling!) Donald, Goofy, Mickey, pluto are all there. Food is good for a buffet, service is quick and fun and the the "gang" spends quality time at your table. Plus..if you book a time before park openning, you are admitted early, you can have breakfast and be out in the park before the crowds come in for the day.

Our favorite characture meal was at the liberty tree tavern for dinner in the MK.

My favorites are Crystal Palace ...pooh and friends at MK. Love that breakfast Lasagna

donald's Breakfstosaurus at AK .... terrrific CM's, great made to order omelettes
and Hollywood and Vine at MGM ... Minnie all dressed up in a glamorous gown, need Isay more (actually the best character interaction we have had)

The character breakfasts start at 7:30 in the resorts and 8 am in the parks.

Here is a list:
MK:
Cinderella's Royal Table (breakfast)-- Cinderella and friends
Crystal Palace (all meals)--- Pooh and friends
Liberty Tree Tavern (dinner)--- Minnie and friends

Epcot:
Storybook Princess Breakfast at Akersaus in Norway (breakfast)--- various princesses
Garden Grille (lunch and dinner, ice cream social) Farmer Mickey and friends

MGM: Hollywood and Vine (breakfast and lunch): Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip and Dale

AK:
Donald's Breakfastosaurus (Breakfast)--- Donald and friends

Resorts:
Contemporary: Chef Mickey's (Breakfast and dinner) Mickey and friends
Polynesian: 'Ohana (breakfast) Mickey and friends
Grand Floridian: 1900 Park Faire (breakfast)--- various characters including Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore, Mary Poppins, Bert, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter, and others. Not all will be in attendance at one time.
Grand Floridian: 1900 Park Faire (dinner)--- Cinderella and friends
Grand Floridian: Wonderland Tea Party (for the younger set) with Alice and friends
Beach Club: Cape May Cafe (breakfast)--- Goofy and friends
Swan: Gullivers (breakfast on Wednesdays and Saturdays) characters vary...Timon or Goofy and others
Fort Wilderness: (dinner) Mickey's Backyard BBQ, (seasonal--- Tues, Wed and Thurs)--- Minnie, Mickey, Goofy, Chip and Dale

Our all time favorite is Crystal Palace... great food, beautiful atmosphere and wonderful character interaction

Second runner up is Chef Mickey's

The only character breakfast I have been to is 1900 Park Fare in the GF. We went there on a fluke and enjoyed it greatly. I like the characters too when we were there, Mary Poppins, Alice and the Mad hatter, Geppetto and Pinochio. We didn't see these characters in the parks, so it was nice for us and the food was good too.
