I was just wondering if any other adults go to the character meals w/out children? Me and my DBF went to Crystal Palace breakfast last time and loved it! We were thing of going to Chef Mickey's for breakfast in Oct. Any recommendations for a couple w/out kids for character breakfast, if any?

DH and I don't have children and enjoyed our character breakfast at Cape May Cafe in September 1999.

Goofy stopped by for pictures, but Chip and Dale spent some time with us and even wrote a note inviting us back to their tree house!

It was a fun way to end our vacation.

Right now my dh and I are trying to decide between Chef Mickey's and 1900 Park Fare. We haven't done either one of these and looking forward to trying some new things also. We are 27 & 28 with no kids.

LTT was really fun too. :teeth:

We are going to Chef Mickey's during our stay in August and our group, 8 adults, age range are 18-50  and we can't wait :rotfl2:

My husband and I are both in our 50s, and we try to do at least one character meal on every trip (usually breakfast).

My favorite for breakfast at WDW is Chef Mickey's. I'd like to try Cape May Cafe, however. We've also had dinner at 1900 Park Fare and LTT.

And if you're ever at Disneyland Resort, you MUST eat at Goofy's Kitchen (Disneyland Hotel). It's the best character dining experience there.

My friend and I went for a character breakfast last year at Cape May and had a great time!

We did PSB 2 visits ago and had a blast! This trip we're heading to 1900 Park Fare for breakfast ;)

Who says you need Kids to go to a Character meal?? We always try to fit in at least one. It's great people watching & the characters are terrific. Donald bonked my head with his beak in AK last year. Just remember the saying on that hat/tee-shirt that says "I am never growing up". One of my all time favorites was the Villian Dinner they had at 1900 Park Fair a few years ago. One of the characters kept sneaking up behind one of my friends & scaring her. I think it was Sir Foulfellow. The entire restaraunt was hysterical.

DH and I are doing PSB next month (yeah, I can say next month now!!), because DS8 would not let us do a princess breakfast when he was with us in March. I told him he did not know what he was missing!

That's just creepy! LOL, not like I did'nt do it before we had kids. I ain't growin' up an U can't make me......nyaaaa nyaaaa nyaaaa! :teeth:

My DH and I don't have kids so we always do everything just the 2 of us. We have been to Chef Mickeys which was great, Ohanas which was nice (no buffet which we prefer) and this trip in October we are going to Donald's Breakfastsaurus. We love character meals!! Who cares we are adults...we are all kids at heart, right? Have fun! :ssst:

DW and I have no kids(yet). We got married in April of 04. Went to Disney and went to Chef Mickey's. It was great. In Dec. we went back and did Chef Mickey's again (had the same table) and LTT. This time we are doing Chef Mickey's for dinner, breakfast, Donald's, LTT, and CP. So don't worry about not having any kids or going with out kids. Just have fun. We are all big kids at heart. How can you not be when you are at Disney?

Dh and I always do a character breakfast and we dont have children..yet. We are going with another couple next May and we are also going to head over to Crystal Palace for breakfast then too!

My DH and I do many character meals and always enjoy ourselves. I even have an autograph book.

I love the character breakfasts and I have NO children. My boyfriend and I are doing 1900 this year and I wouldn't miss it for the world. I even went with my best friend a while back but I do have to admit that was a little strange -- we were the only two adults in there without kids. I don't care though. As long as I get my picture with Pooh (or any other of my favs) it's worth it!!

Besides, the french toast at 1900 is to DIE for!!!!!!!! Now I'm hungry! :earsboy:

Hubby and I are 35, no kids...and we're going to have breakfast at Crystal Palace!!!! We can't wait.

My sister & I are in our mid-30's, no kids, and we ALWAYS do character meals. This year, we have 1900 Park Faire for brekafast, Donald's Breakfastosaurus (she's a Donald freak), and dinner at CP (I have to see Piglet).

Besides, the strawberry soup at the 1900 breakfast is SO worth it!!!!

DH and I have a DD...but we are doing WDW alone again this year. We are doing our first Character Breakfast at 1900 PF...we'll see how it is!

I go with the kids but I get more of a kick out of it I think. I am currently moping because my family of boys has vetoed the Princess Breakfast meal idea I proposed.
