Character Breakfast - Garden Grill vs Safari Breakfast

Over the course of my trip, I'm wanting to do a Character Breakfast. I've narrowed my choices down to Garden Grill and Safari Breakfast. Which one have you done? This is a solo trip, so no kids. Any pros or cons for one or the other?

If Safari is Tusker House, I'd go with Tusker. Garden Grill is family style and might be more awkward.

I've enjoyed both and would do both again. If it had to be just one of these, Tusker House has much more variety of food, plus you get to meet Donald and Daisy there. Actually I plan on both of these restaurants for my next trip.

If you mean Tusker House in AK, I would do that over Garden Grill. The atmosphere and food are so much better!

I'm doing both on a solo trip. My guess (based on having done 'Ohana with my all-adult family when I needed special food stuff my family didn't) is they will adjust the food provided at Garden Grill but you can as always ask for more.

If anything I find buffets more awkward (not saying I don't do them) because you have to take your stuff with you rather than having a group to rotate who goes and who watches stuff.

We loved loved loved Garden Grill Bfast. Chipmunks and Farmer Mickey. The food was super yummy and we love the scenes at the restaurant. We're doing it again this trip!

Tusker House is a must-do for us every trip. We love the atmosphere, characters in Safari gear, and DD has to have her favorite juice! You have traditional brft foods along w/some African items. We like to do late brft, they begin changing over to lunch, and you can try some of each. We get Safari and Pagani done, eat, then do LK show.

We've done breakfast at both and loved each of them. If food is more of an emphasis I'd pick the Tusker House. They have more variety than the skillet brought to your table. If Character interaction is a priority I'd pick Garden Grill. The attention Chip, Dale, Mickey and Pluto gave our daughter both times we went was over the top. This was from February.

the POG juice is free flowing at both though.

TH is the best breakfast we have had...Great variety!

We were going to do GG this next trip but cancelled in favor of the new Trattoria breakfast.
