What's your pick for a "going away" breakfast? This will be the day we drive back home to SC and I want to end my DD's first time in WDW w/ a bang.

Thanks so much!

I haven't been to Ohana's but would definitely NOT recommend Chef Mickey's -- their food got worse over my last two visits and we won't go there again.

Ohana's for us next trip!

I am assuming that you are not going to a park that day since both places you mention are at resorts. Therefore, I would go with Chef Mickey. We've not done Ohanas since before it was Ohanas and it was Minnie's Character Breakfast. We are not big fans of Stitch and prefer buffets over family style.

Go for Chef Mickey's. We did this on our last day and had a wonderful time with all the characters. We were in a back corner of the restaurant but all the characters came by and spent lots of time at all the tables posing for pictures. Everybody in our section cheered when Goofy arrived .. he seemed embarassed. The food was OK ... a good selection of typical breakfast food .. but then we weren't really there for the food. There's no better way to say good bye to Mickey! :thumbsup2

CHEF MICKEY'S ! :worship: :worship:
Is the best way to end your Magical Trip :thumbsup2

Ate at both and would definately choose "O'HANA'S"
Much more pleasent Atmosphere. Great Character
interaction, I love Lilo, Stitch, Mickey and Pluto.
Food very good at O'hanas and servers
bring the food to you to you (it's Family Style)
Noone else has touched like at a buffet and
you don't have to get up to get more.
We always save "O'hana's" for the last ADR
and this will be our 3rd time eating there.

I like Ohanna but only for dinner

Have done breakfast 2 times..

Chef Mickeys I dont know.. seems more Classic Disney..

and You can get gummy bears for breakfast at Chef Mickey..
Now if that doesnt make up your mind.. I dont know what will...

:confused3 :rotfl:

I was planning a Chef Mickey's breakfast for our last morning and it was completely booked when I tried to make an ADR. But, I was able to get one at Ohana's. Actually, I'm really excited. We've never been there so it's something new, the kids LOVE Stitch, and I enjoy the family style. With a buffet I am constantly up and down helping someone, this way we can sit and enjoy the breakfast and the characters. And we'll still get to say goodbye to Mickey. :(

I think either choice sounds like great fun. Good luck!

I agree with others.....go with Chef Mickey's :cool1: :cool1:. We love Chef Mickey's....especially breakfast....and as a pp said, it's a great way to end your trip :wizard:.

I vote for Ohana. We really enjoyed it last year and will be doing it as our farewell breakfast. We went to Chef Mickey's last year for lunch and it was just ok. The characters seemed a little rushed and DH said the Mickey we had wasn't very good, I was up getting food when he came around so I don't know. Even my mom commented about Mickey when she saw our pictures and I hadn't mentioned anything to her, I guess she could tell by the body language.
