Chapel Hill, NC Hotel savings

I need a single hotel room in Chapel Hill, NC from June 2-5th. The seminar I am attending is at the Hyatt. I have tried every site I can think of (Priceline, Orbitz, Expedia, Edreams, Southwest, BJ's, AAA and the Hyatt website) to find a deal. No matter what I do I can't seem to find any great deal.

I looked at Better Bidding and it does not appear that anyone has ever gotten the Hyatt through a "name your price" type deal

Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to save money booking? Or, does anyone have any hotel suggestions that are close to the Hyatt in Chapel Hill?

Does the seminar have a room block at a special price by any chance? Do you have any credit card points such as Chase's UR points?
