Southern California Channel Islands NP Ventura Visitors Center?

I enjoy going to National Parks. The Channel Islands themselves seem to require a more active, agile person than I am. However this visitor center says fully accessible. About how long would an interested adult plan to stay? Is 1/2 day, 3-4 hours enough time?

Any reports?
