Here's a tip too- send the man (if there is one in your group) in to change the diapers, the line is always WAY shorter than in the women's restroom and you can be in and out so fast. We learned this in Disneyland and it saved us a lot of time.
in DTD at some of the restrooms (like the one next to Once Upon A Toy, i think), the changing table is in the handicapped/family restroom and not in the individual mens or womens room.

GREAT TIP! My kids are grown, and are in charge of their OWN messes , but you're right. In 30+ trips to WDW, I think I've only seen a changing table being used ONCE in the men's room. Have to remember this tip for when we take the grandkids next year.
Yeah, the lines of moms and babies were so long that my husband didn't mind becoming the designated diaper changer in order to save the time. He kept coming out and saying no one was using the diaper station in the mens room. It will definitely help!

Some of the changing tables (especially in the Epcot area) are not very clean. I prefer to go into the baby stations when possible. They give you a nice big sheet of paper to put on top of the changing table and some have kids size restrooms.
