Changing Room Facilities at POFQ

I know that POR has rest rooms/changing room facilities and lockers at its pools, but does POFQ also? We're staying at POFQ in May and the last day have a 9 p.m. flight, so a changing room and locker near the pool would be ideal. Any details would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure. I just used the restroom in the lobby since our flight didn't leave until 6pm and we used the hot tub before our flight. It was great just to sit and soak up some relaxation on the last few minutes of our vacation.
