Changing Resorts

On Tuesday, I had called and changed my resort to Art of Animation from All Stars Music for my trip. The CM went ahead and canceled the ASM reservation and said I would receive a refund (which I have not yet, but it has been on four days). I booked my AOA room online, received a confirmation, did the online check in and it is in my MDE app. The All Star Music reservation disappeared completely. Today, I got my mail and I got my magical mail but it was a confirmation for All Star Music (they prob mailed it out before I cancelled it). How many days should I wait for my refund because I call them? Will they send me a new mailing with the reservation for AOA? I am getting kind of anxious.. I just want everything to go smoothly. In the end, I should have left my reservation at All Stars... Any tips would be great. Thanks!

The refund is up to your credit/ debit card bank. Disney refunds the money and then its up to the bank. refunds can take anywhere from a week to 10 days. I've usually had mint about 5-7 days into the refund.

As for a new mailing I am not sure. I would call.

As the pp said, it all depends on your bank as Disney processes refunds right away. I have never had a refund take longer than 2-3 days, but Disney advises that it can take up to 2 billing cycles as some banks take longer to process them than others. As far as your confirmation, you should receive one for your AoA reservation.
