Changing resorts

I've booked for 11 nights at PORS in Feb 09 through disney.co.uk I've paid the deposit and have the balance to pay at 8 weeks before trip. Do you know if I could alter the dates or maybe split the stay in 2 resorts rather than just the one. Or could I cancel part of the stay and then book on the US site for the remainer of the stay so I could try and use a discount code to stay a few nights at one of delux resorts?

Disney will try to make any changes for you, you will need to tell them in writing, you may need to pay an amendment fee of £25 for each amendment.
You should be advised of any further charges before the amendments are made.

I would ring them on the number you book with, I think it's 08702424900 and ask them. You might stand a better chance of getting what you are dreaming of especially with the discounts they are offering at the moment some hotels will soon book up.

Up here they have advertising posters all over the bus stops in our town so they must be doing a major advertising campaign here this year.

I phoned them to change my dates and was just charged the £25. I didn't have to do it in writing though and all the dates are correct on their website.

They are having a major campaign up here too so they might not be very busy and therefore they might be quite good with the changes you want.
