Changing resorts at disneyworld

Planning on staying 1 night at the all star movies them moving to the Polynesian. We will. Not have a car , which is the most economical way of going from
1 resort to another with luggage .

I would say Taxi/Uber is your only option as you can't bring luggage on Disney transportation as far as I know.

Bell services will transfer your luggage. If you really want to use Disney transportation, you’ll have to bus to a park and from there bus to the other resort.

We always just have Bell Services take our bags when we check out and transfer them to our next hotel. We then go to our park for the day and when we check in later in the afternoon, we just have Bell Services bring the bags up to the room.

You can have ASMO transfer your luggage over to the Poly. It will get there between 1-5pm so be sure to grab anything you need for the day from your bags. You could then take the bus to MK and the monorail over to the Poly. That would be the most economical way. Otherwise Uber works!

Disney will transfer your luggage between resorts. Call or drop off at bell services at ASMo and it magically appears at Poly. Although sometimes not until late afternoon/ early evening, so keep anything you'll need in a day bag. You can carry it with you, store in a park locker or drop at Poly and have bell services hold there until needed. If it's only back pack/ diaper bag size, it is allowed on transportation.
