Changing resorts again....

Hubby talked me into going on DCL right after out WDW vacation, then out of the blue we got our own home, but the yard needs so much work. So I downgraded from AKL to CBR, it was not easy to do emotionally that is LOL, anyway I looked at the pool and the pirate rooms at CBR and said, yeah I could be happy with that because they would be perfect for my little guy who will be 2 1/2 when we go in 4 months.
After reading review of the pirate beds, being flat and firmer mattresses, I was really disappointed because I thought I had found my solution.

But I have Scoliosis and I need a very comfy bed. IDk if I should change to the Nemo rooms or just go to POFQ who has the new queen beds, maybe even CSR who also has queen beds. Between POFQ and CSR who has the best pool for a 2 year old? Or should I just stay with CBR and go with a NEMO room?

I voted to stick with the CBR but book a Nemo room. We have stayed at the resort 5 years in a row (before and after the Nemo themed rooms) and have never had issued with the beds. The resort is absolutely beautiful and I think your family would have a great time there. The main pool has a separate play area for the little ones complete with a slide and a dump bucket. I am sure that your son would also love playing on the beach and the small playgrounds (on some of the beaches and on the island).

If you have any specific CBR questions, just post 'em and I'm sure that they'll be answered.

The beds at CSR are very comfortable. I have a bulging disk and other lower back problems and sleep so well when at CSR.
ETA- The pool is fabulous too!!!

Tell hubby no thank you on the cruise this time. If I remember correctly this was a huge dream of yours and you were staying AKL CL. Plus it gives you a chance to book the cruise another time.

Actually, I think I would be a bit upset if DH knew how much I worked on something I really, really wanted, then changed it at the end.


If not POFQ beds are queen and we thought they were comfortable.

I personally would stick with CBR, but go with a standard Nemo room. My grandson LOVES CBR and the pirate ship/kiddie pool!

I would stay with DCL!! But maybe afterwards u downgraded because of money?? I am a deluxe snob so ??? no help which mod to use.

I voted for CBR with a Nemo room.

CBR has the largest rooms at the mods, and the pirate pool (with zero entry) will be great for your little one.

I think that we will go with the NEMO room at CBR, the cruise will be great, we even have a verandah! So I kinda feel like I am spoiling myself there, plus we live in Washington State so plane tickets to Orlando is not cheap, plus 6 hours of travel ARG.
It is the pool that I am after and a comfy bed for me. Our other babies are all adults now, I am 42 hubby is 46 so we know how quick it goes raising kids, our baby is our world LOL. So a cool pool for DS a nice bed for us works, btw I try to let my DS sleep in his own bed but I keep joining him LOL, so I am sure at CBR I will sleep with DS 50% of the time LOL
