Changing Resort Reservation & Magic Bands

I have a question about my Magic Bands.

I am booked for 5 nights at Port Orleans next week and have received my complimentary magic bands. I have decided to cancel that reservation & book a split-stay through Priceline. My first two days will be at The Swan & my last 3 days will be at the Yacht Club. Can I still use the magic bands that were sent to me through the Port Orleans reservation? Are they still complimentary or will they now charge me?

You can use them, but you cannot charge to the room or use them to open the door while you are at the Swan. Once you move over to the YC, have them check to make sure they still work. As long as you are registered with MDE and staying at a Disney resort, you should be fine. They will have your ticket on them, too, once you link that.
