Changing reservations

Just curious- we have a stay in a few weeks at Beach Club (standard view room) and I just noticed that there are reservations available at the same price for the Villas. Has anyone had experience changing over with less than 30 days? If the price is the same, can they just switch it? TIA!

As long as you are talking about the regular WDW "cash" reservation system and not DVC reservations, yes you can change the reservation. You may be able to do so online yourself through MDE, or call. Within 30 days of arrival WDW may charge a $50 change fee but will typically waive it if the new reservation is the same or higher priced.
