Changing reservations

So i booked a RO discount at Pop this morning at 4 am!! and let me tell you im beat! lol Well i need to change around names on the reservations. I booked 2 rooms and didn't put the right people in the right room and they wouldn't let me book a room without myself in it so im in both rooms! Is this something i can change online or will i need to call?? if i have to call i will just wait till it is all calmed down from all the excitement today!! 151 days till my trip!! thanks!!!!!

You'll have to call. The only thing you can't change is the lead person on either reservation.

If you listed yourself as the lead guest on both reservations, then yes. The lead guest is the first person you list when making the booking.

How does that work, since you can't stay in two rooms at the same time?

The system doesn't prevent you from doing it but it may auto cancel the reservations at some point.

I don't think I've seen it on two rooms but people have reported it when they've had 4 booked.

I've had more than one room booked in my name, but cancelled the second one way before final payment was due. I was just wondering, because if they let you keep the reservations, you'd end up paying for an extra person per night even though there were only 2 in each room in the scenario given, since there would be three people listed in one room and two in the second room, even though the third person in first room was really not staying there.

Messy to be sure. I'm guessing they need to call and have the second room rebooked with someone else as room lead.
