Changing reservations.....

If I change my reservations from room only split stay to one room only and one package with free dining, will I lose all the ADR's that I've already made? They are connected with my confirmation number.....

You shouldn't. The confirmation number is used only to make sure that you're staying at a resort to get the 180 + 10 day ADRs. The reservations are actually attached to your phone number.
