Changing Reservations

Does anyone know if you have a dining reservation (Cinderella's Castle) can you change the reservation to someone else's name?

As ths is not a DVC question, I'll move it to the Restaurant board. I'm just guessing here, but I'll say "no," as it has to be secured by a credit card, doesn't it?

I think people on here of done it with a three way phone call to disney dining.
