On the confirmation that they send after you make your reservation, it says that the people staying in each room cannot be changed (it's non-transferable).

I need to add a person to a room -- is this going to be a problem? Has anyone ever done this? Thanks!

We actually just made changes to our room block the other day.
We had to add more rooms and add a few more people. We were able
to add 2 more people to one room and 1 more to another, it took some doing but we got it done. (I'm thinking that because we did it early)
It didn't seem like it was too big of deal, I got the impression that it was
a little inconvient but they do it all the time.
Also if the extra person is a minor it is a little easier to do.

Thanks so much! :) I was going to call yesterday, but it didn't get done for a couple of reasons, and today is the fourth, so I'm going to call tomorrow!

Oh yeah -- I also have to check on a room we booked. It was supposed to be for the All Star, but on the email confirmation, it has the All Star price but for resort name, it says GF! I wish they could stay at the GF for the All Star price lol!!
