Changing reservation

I have an ADR for 13 people for Tusker House for a Sunday in November. I tried online and I called to have a 14th person added to the reservation with no success. What would happen if we just showed up with the 14th person at the time of the reservation. Would they say okay or just tell us sorry we can't accommodate the extra person.

Those are the two options. Either could happen. If they said sorry, we cannot accommodate, that person would have to leave. If everyone left you would be charged no-show fees for the party.

Restaurants will try to accommodate, but people do show up with "oops! we forgot this extra person/people/small marching band!" all the time, and their ability to accommodate will vary considerably.

If you can't add someone ahead of time, there is no way to know if they will be seated if you just show up with them. If they can they will seat them, but if they can't, the extra would be out of luck. No guarantee of them being added.
