Changing reservation online

I am trying to change my room only reservation online. I have tried a few different days and I can cancel it but when I click change it just goes back to the same screen. Anyone else having this problem? I know when I booked for last November I was able to change online without a problem.

It only worked for me when I first booked and now it won't, it hasn't for months. I always have to call if I want to make a change. It also just loads back to the same screen. I have tried clearing my cookies and it doesn't help.

Same with me. I have several reservations as we are resort hopping and I tried to move dates or move people around in different rooms and I think it is doing it then it goes back to the way it was. Once last week I was able to make one change - then it stopped working after that - I had to call.

It's vey frustrating to not be able to make even minor changes on line. That's why hold times for calls are so high!

Ditto - just goes back to list of reservations screen for me. Haven't gotten it to work for months, for several different reservations (all booked directly at Disney's site initially). I've tried firefox, safari and IE browsers, clearing cookies, etc. (I desperately try to avoid calling. I think I'd rather cancel online and rebook than call sometimes!)

I was very frustrated with this very issue for my upcoming trip in May. When I finally called, they could tell I wasn't happy. They called back 3 times and also sent me a survey. I basically told them that they have to work this out. A lot of folks like me want to be able to do everything online, every time--reserve, change, cancel, whatever. Don't know if what I told them in the survey will actually have results, but it was nice that they at least asked--first time in 38 years of going--can't believe it's been that long--you'd think I'd be sick of it by now--but NO WAY!
