I have never had a flight where I had to take a connecting flight before. I have always gone straight from Boston to Orlando. However next month, I have to fly in to Cincinnati first and then on to Orlando.
When I get to the airport in Boston am I getting 2 boarding passes there?
When I get to Cincinnati do I go get my luggage or do I just go to the gate that has the flight from Cincinnati to Orlando?
I know I sound dumb but I'm kinda nervous about it.
TIA!

You will probably get both boarding passes in Boston. You will not need to worry about your luggage, the airline will take care of it during the stop.
It is NOT a dumb question. :)

Thanks so much for the info.
I was nervous about this!

Its a lot easier than you think. They will give you both boarding passes at Boston with the gate number at your connecting location (but this information may change so be sure to check the screen when you land in Cinncinati) your luggage should be connected to the new plane as well so when you land in Orlando your luggage should arrive with you. Just be thankful your stopover isn't in Atlanta (we had horrible delays there last month) Have fun!

Funny you should say that, my stopover on the way home is in Atlanta. Ugh!
