Changing On-Line Checkin requests

This is the first trip I found I could change the in-line check-in. I've changed it twice. First time through I forgot to add any requests. Second time I changed the credit card on file. Every other trip it errored out when I tried to change it.

Now trying to change the reservation on-line..? That has never worked for me. *sigh*

Yes, I can still change credit card #, and even magic band options until the cut off date - but the room requests are the ones that seem to be cast in stone once you saved...the only thing I can do on that screen now is to select the early arrival checkbox, but that is not what I want to do...I originally selected "ground floor" and have changed my mind to "upper floor"....can't uncheck the original selection(s) or check any others once 2 have been selected and saved.
