Changing name on ticket in app?

We just bought tickets to universal online thru AAA and I scanned them both into the app after I printed them and now they both says my name on it In the app. The tickets I scanned both each have our names on them so I don’t understand why it switch my husbands ticket to my name. Does anyone know how to change the name back to my husbands in the app?

We are so used to Disney and Six Flags both letting us keep all passes in their apps so just in case a ticket is forgotten we can just pull up the ticket up on the app for the one that was forgotten.

Not sure how to change it, but I don't believe it matters. I've never had them check for specific names via any form of ticket. Even when I've purchased tickets that I printed at home from a 3rd party site (like undercover tourist) the names on the tickets were mine, then Tommy Guest 1, Tommy Guest 2 etc.
 
I emailed them and they emailed me back in two days saying it was fixed. Check my app and it is still not fixed so I replied to the email and seeing if they can try again or I’ll just have to wait until we get there.
 

Got another email from them and they were finally able to fix the names of the tickets, for some reason it didn’t take the first time.
