changing mvmcp tickets?

Does anyone know if you can change your night once you purchased your tickets? I need to change from 12-2 to 11-28. Hope this is possible.

Well the tickets say they are nonrefundable and nontransferrable. I would call Disney and see what they say, they might make an exception. -Steph

We had to change our original tickets from 12/7 to 12/14. I just called the number that was on the letter that came with the tickets. They exchanged them for us with no problem. They did say that in order to exchange them, they would have to have availability on the new night we wanted to go. Give them a call. They may be able to help you out like they did us.

Yes, we had to do this last year due to a change in our vacation schedule. We called them and they told us to send them back and then put the date we wanted and they would send out the new ones, but yes the new date has to have availability.

Disney will accommodate you if they can, although you're changing from a fairly unbusy party (Dec 2) to what is sure to be a very busy party (Thanksgiving weekend). So don't be surprised if the change can't be made because of that.

I called to check on the same thing. They said that as long as it is before the day of the party - by even one day - you can change the dates at the park even. I know your trying to go earlier so that's not an issue, but thought I would mention it.

I called to try to switch our 12/17 tickets to 12/14 and they said no. I am going to try again when we get there on 12/12.

I once switched my tix at City Hall. There was terrible rain forecasted for the night of our party. The CM at City Hall said as long as the party was not sold out, it was not a problem to to switch the tix.

I was glad we did, we had really nice weather and the party we originally planned on attending was a washout.
