Changing Hoppers to MYW or annual passes

I purchased a 7 day hopper with 4 pluses prior to Xmas.
Could I switch these to a 10day MYW for about the same money or an annual pass for a few dollars more.
If so where do I do this???

Disney will give you the cost of the pass to be applied to the purchase price of the new pass or AP, as long as you purchased the pass from them.

If you decide to get a MYW pass, it is my understanding that it will have to be no expiry and a hopper (just like the pass that you've already got). I'm unsure as to whether you would have to get the "Magic Plus Pack" as well.
And you would pay the gate price for that pass. So, a 10-day MYW Hopper (no expiry) would cost $366.36 minus the cost of your 7-day PHP.

If you purchased your pass from a ticketbroker like Hotwire or Ticketmania, you cannot upgrade it. I got this info from the Magic Your Way Tickets And Packages FAQ Thread on the Theme Parks & Attractions Strategies Board. SnackyStacky updated the thread on 1/15 to include this info and it is from a Guest Relations CM.

I know that this isn't something a lot of us want to hear but apparently, those are the rules.

What about plusses. The only thing I have left are the plusses on our hoppers, can I get them transfered next time we are there?

Pluses have no "value" to apply to new passes, according to Disney. Just keep them and use them as you wish for waterparks, WWoS or PI. They cannot be used for DQ since they are Park Hopper Pluses and not MYW Magic Pluses.

You seem to know a lot about the old & new passes. Do you know how I find out exactly what is left on my old park hopper plus passes? Is there a ph# or do they need to be scanned in WDW? THanks!

You cannot find out by calling Disney or going to a Disney Store. The only way to learn what's left on a pass is to take it to Guest Relations at one of the parks and let them look it up for you.

They would have to be scanned somewhere in WDW - one of the resorts, parks or Guest Relations in DD. There isn't a phone nuymber that you can calll.
