Changing from Kids Stay/Play Free to FD!

I was surprised to find out that we will save $241 by changing our reservation from Kids Stay and Play for Free to the Free Dining Promotion!

My question is: Should I try to just change my reservation from one to the other since I have already paid my deposit? Is this even possible?

Or, do I need to cancel my current reservation and book a new reservation under the FD offer?

You don't have to cancel. You just have to call to change the reservation.

You give your reservation number and ask the CM to check the FD package for the resort, dates and ticket options that you already have. If you are happy with the price, the CM will just change the code on your current reservation.

....unless you booked through a TA, in which case, if I understand correctly, the TA has to call for you.

Same thing happened to me after I paid deposit. I forwarded the pin code to my TA and she called it in for the adjustment.
