Changing from AAA rate to Best Rate ??

I currently have AAA discount at the Poly GV from 9th - 14th Apr and at AKL Concierge from 27th -30th Apr, I have booked through DU.

If (hopefully when) the Best Rate Program dates are extended to April will the system let me go ahead and book online if my dates/resorts are available or will it not let me as I already hold reservations. If so then do I contact my TA to do it, I am just worried that if I can't do it straight away myself I won't get what I want, also I have been told it is a completely different system so I would have to pay a deposit seperately from what I have already paid, how does that work if the TA does it, do I give her my CC details in advance??

Also is there any chance of additional rooms becoming available, I would love to have GV Concierge at the Poly but there is no availability at the moment, if I could get it at BRP I would jump at it..

Anyone else out there in the same position?

Well, assuming your TA already had your credit card info from the deposit applied to your current booking, I would let her know that you want to switch to BRP when it become available for your dates. If there are other room categories you would prefer I would also let her know that and I would give her your AP numbers in advance.
