Changing from 8 day to 7 day reservation

If we book an 8 day reservation under the current Magical Room Offer and then have to change it to a 7 day, could there be any issues? We don't know if we can go for 7 days or 8 days and I figure it will be easier to remove a day than to add a day to a reservation so I want to reserve 8 days for now.

Thoughts?

Yes, there could be issues. They don't always allow people to just drop a night, but instead make you rebook against available inventory for the offer.

I agree with @_auroraborealis_ There are lots of reports here that they no longer allow to simply drop a day. You need to cancel existing reservation completely and rebook new reservation if it is available. People get very frustrated because they say, if course the days are available - I just released them. But for some reason that doesn't work and the days have to be available completely apart from the reservation you are cancelling. They are not always available and you could be completely out of luck
