changing forgotten password

Help!! I have forgotten my password. I requested a temp one, but when I go to change it with the temp one to make a new password that I know it doesn't allow me and says password not correct.

How can I change it? I keep having to request a new password everytime I log on to post and it's driving me batty! I rarely post anymore boo
