We had asked for the early sitting but our documents say we have the late sitting. We have a DD 4years old and thought the late sitting would be too late for her.
Has anyone been able to change the times before they sail or do I have to wait and try then?
Will the late dinner conflict with show times?

They do two shows, so you don't need to worry about that. We had late seating right up until we boarded last year, and I was able to change to early...which was a mistake...too hard to get pulled together after excursions, but with a 4 year old probably your best bet. We have early dining at this point, and I will switch to late seating once I've decided beyond a shadow of a doubt that that is what I want to do...I've actually called a couple times to switch, and been advised not to give it up until I was 100% sure...So it is very possible you will be in luck !!

While I did not change my seating, I was given a rotation I did not care for on the magic.

We boarded early (arrived at port at 1030) and went immediately to change rotation.

NO Problem! We ended up with the world's best servers , IMHO (Ian and Beatta).

Hope your experience is as pleasant.

Jim

When I booked my last cruise I requested late seating and when I checked in at the port, I noticed that we were booked for early seating. I simply went to Wave Bands (I think) and asked them to change it. It was done with no problem and no questions.

we had late and wanted early had a 4 and 6 year old. As soon as we boarded we went and had them changed to early no problem and so glad we did as my 4 yr old was so worn out form his busy day that he wa asleep by 8 every night!! On our cruise they had matinees of disney dreams and the other one sothat was great to go to it instead of at night!

Where do you call - DCL - we booked through a travel agent - should I call them to change

My neighbor changed their seating time from late to early without a problem too. Just ask when you check in.
