Changing dates for WoC picnic ??help please

Has anyone changed their dates of visit for WoC picnic ? I originally had it for Sept 27 and have an email confirmation. Decided to change it to Sept 28 instead and called them to check if they would. So the person on the phone said he has to check If it's possible ; came back and said he would as a one time exception . I asked if I would receive an email confirming the change of date and he said No - but said he made the changes and it says here on the computer that date of visit is Sept 28. I am not sure if it's ok ! Having an email confirmatiion for one day but show up on another is making me worried. Has anyone changed WOC dates ?

Please advice.

I would call and say "hey, I don't know what day I have reserved, can you look up for me." The CM can look it up in the computer and tell you and you'll know if it went through or not.
