Changing credit card & room requests?

Hi all-

Our credit card number was hacked/stolen and so we had to get a new one. Which means the superfun process of updating all autopays etc.

We have 2 upcoming trips that we have made room requests for and started online check in. I thought I had read somewhere that changing the credit card knocks out any room requests. Is that true?

Did you put the requests in via MS or in the online check in sections?

If MS, the update is a CC should not change it. Id it is through online check in link. then you do need to add them back in as every section starts fresh when you do update.

Since when you put in requests plays no role in getting them, it shouldn’t be an issue since you have time!!

Thanks Sandi! We did them through MS rather than through online check in. I was hoping that we wouldn’t have to contact MS and take up their time.

The last time I had this happen, every single account that used my cc updated automatically!
