Changing accommodation and free dining

Hello

I'm hoping someone who has gotten to grips with the magic bands can help me with this query.

We're going to arrive in Disney in March when the free dining still applies. We're planning on booking a 2 bed villa at OKW for us, our 2 kids and my parents.

My parents will actually arrive a couple of days after us, when the free dining is no longer on. Can we include them in our booking and buy their park tickets along with ours so they still qualify for free dining once they do arrive? The cost of them having a studio for a couple of nights less than our booking means its actually cheaper to just book the 2 bed for the whole stay.

Can we guarantee to have a 2 bed with the 2 separate entrances so they can stay out late and not disturb our children who will be sleeping in the lounge?

Finally they really fancy having one night at the GF, if they do that will they then lose their free dining at that point? I had looked into us moving accommodation mid stay and was told on the phone that I would lose my dining from that point.

You cant guarentee a two entrance though, we have stayed there twice in a two bed and never got one yet

We are hoing one night to universal and will not check out of okw we will just take overnight bag. Book a night at gf seperately

As for them going early i would book them onto your holiday then if they are leaving same time as you it wont matter, then you can all have the dp and the room will have extra credits as their credits will be on the room when you check in

You can book the room for all of you and you will get credits for the total number of nights you are there for all of you.

If they want a night at the GF then they can book that separately, I wouldn't link it to the main MDE account personally. I would have one MDE account with the main reservation with you all listed, then have a second for just your parents with only their GF reservation on.
They would have to use their OKW MB for park tickets & DDP credits and just the GF MB as a key to the room only

You can not guarantee a lock off 2 bedroom unless you are booking on DVC points. Chances are you will end up in a dedicated unit as there are more of them and the lock offs are also split to make the one bedroom and studios.
