Changing a trip booked through ACV

No sure if anyone can answer this but I booked our trip a few months ago through Air Canada Vacations and wanted to see if I could upgrade from a standard view to savannah view at AKL. Do you think I can? If so, can I do it directly through Disney? I assume ACV will charge me for making a change but will Disney be able to do it even though it was purchased through ACV? I hope this makes sense!

I am going to call soon since I assume that Savannah rooms book up fast but thought I would ask here to see if someone has had experience with this. Thanks!
