Changes to touring with mobility issues

I'm getting ready for my next trip. I know things have changed with the DAS from the GAC. Does anyone know exactly what has changed?

For the record, I use an ECV when traveling.

Thanks

My understanding is that if your ECV meets all of you needs, then you will wait in the regular line for those attractions that have accessible lines.

For the attractions that don't have accessible lines, I believe that you will be issued a return time based on the current wait time.

Thanks, I had read someone mentioning the return time, but didn't know what it was.

If having the ECV in lines/attractions meets your needs, you don't need anything else.

Most lines are accessible and for the ones that are not, the CM can see your mobility device and will send you to the correct place.

A few attractions have a separate entrance or waiting area for guests with mobility devices because the regular line is not accessible. For those, they may be giving out return times (kind of like a handwritten Fastpass). This is especially likely if it is busy, if the special waiting area is little or if the attraction can only hold a few mobility devices at a time.

You can find out more information about DAS in post one of this thread.

Thanks again. I have read through the thread before, but I forgot to check it again.

On my previous trips, I've always just used the paper FP and followed the directions from the CM's. I figured it would be similar this time, just wasn't sure.
