Changes to our upcoming trip

Well, as I have mentioned on this board on numerous occasions, our 3rd trip this year starts next week. We were due to check in to the WL on Wed, Oct 6. On Fri, Oct 8 we check in to the Poly and attend the HP on that night. We leave for home on Sunday AM. Well, last night I had a brainstorm (scary for me ). Kids will stay out of school Wed, Th & Fri anyway, why not surprise them when we pick them up after school Tuesday and just keep driving to Orlando?!
This will enable us to go to the parks all day Wed & Th, then rest during our change of hotels and then attend the party that night. Sat back at the park. By doing this we won't "Waste" a day of PH's by just using it for a few hours before the party? I called CR and got into the POP for $83 tax included using BAT. Prety good, huh? WHat do y'all think of that plan? I'm getting more use out of my park hoppers and also an extra night of mickey magic

I think it's agreat idea and what a gift for the kids...PERFECT!! We all loved total surprises when we were kids... nice rate as well.. makes the trip even better.

I'm back on the phone with CR now seeing if BAP gives a better rate than BAT. Any ideas?

I'm worse than my kids! I had to tell them last night. I had locked myself in our guest room on the phone with CR at the upstairs computer. Older DD was pounding on the door. As I opened it, she pushed in. You guessed right, busted me in the face. May have a black eye today. She felt so bad about it that I had to tell them what I was up to. Needless to say, that was it in our house for peace and quiet. Course younger DD was scared that she ws going to miss another day of school . Older calmly informed her that it was the same amont of time out, we'd just be sleeping with the Mouse one extra night. . I think this will allow us a little needed down time on Friday. May check out DQ. They are both right at 48" or a little taller. Will they be able to do it? Will all 4 of us need admission if only the kids participate? TIA

Just went ahead and changed the POP to another night at WL. DH is like, rather than have to change another time..... I love this man! Another great CM on the phone, took care of all my needs. These folks rock!
