So I just finished finding my way around the MDE app, and they changed a lot of stuff. So far, I'm not liking it. It doesn't seem as user friendly. I also don't see the wait times anywhere. Anybody know where they are or if they are off the app?

Select 'Attractions' on the top menu bar. It will default to map view and all parks. You can filter to a single park by selecting the funnel looking icon at the bottom of the screen. You can switch between map and list view by touching the icon next to the filter icon.

Ah, thanks. I'll have to fiddle with it and learn where everything is again.

That's unfortunate. If it didn't result in a permanent red badge on my phone I would keep the old app. But that red badge annoys me more than a bad app update!
Let Disney know you want to be able to sort wait times.

In the MDE mobile app, touch the sandwich icon (3 bars) > 'Help' > 'About'. On the 'About' page there will be an option to send feedback. Using this method, your email will also include app and phone information.

I find not being able to sort it by length frustrating also. Just sent them an email! Thanks for the instructions.

Ewww I see what you mean. I am definitely not a fan of this change. You have to click on each attraction to see the wait times (hoping I am missing something)? That really sucks. Guess I will be using WDW Lines (The Touring Plans app) to have a better list of wait times.

Edit: NVM I see the wait times on the list. Apparently I am blind. :)

I have an iPhone, and MDE wait times have been acting wonky for the past couple of days. I bookmarked 'The Dibb' wait times awhile back. Very reliable, and no need to download an app.

Just updated it. I don't think its that bad. I kinda like the map and you can switch to list view as well. I do wish you could sort it like before with short, moderate and long wait times. I'm sure it will do though.

Just updated as well (iPhone) and have been playing around with it. It seems to be pretty user friendly to me. I actually like that the attractions are in alphabetical order now... makes them easy to find.

OP here.... Now that I have played with it, it really isn't that bad. I still like the wait time over on the left like before. Maybe after I get used to it, I'll like it better. I'm guess time will tell... Lol

I went to DL for the first time in ages last month for the Tinkerbell Half, and I found the app quite annoying to use (it's the same format as the new WDW app). It never remembered which park I was in, and seeing wait times was a pain. I hope all the emails work to get Disney to change it back (although I'm a realist so I know they won't).

As I'm playing with the app, I can see how that would be a pain. Before to see wait times, you just clicked on it over to the left. Now you have to click home, select attractions, then select the park. That could get really annoying multiple times a day.

Yeah. I think the map view is a nice addition - if you want to see the wait times around you it's very helpful - but you have to zoom in so far in order to see the wait times. It's not very user-friendly on a phone screen.

I love that the wait times are on the map... that is awesome.... then when you are at the park you can see what is close with a decent wait time... I think it is great.

On Android, if I go into attractions, then tap the filter icon at the bottom I can switch to "wait time" instead of Name, then go back and they're grouped and sorted.
