OK- so a question: Back when I first purchased, they were not rechecking credit if you had already financed before. So, do they still follow that policy or do they check each time you want to finance? Just curious as I see a lot of add-ons here. Wondering if the folks not getting through were financed before. Does that make sense at all? Sorry!!

Cool! "Tis a small world after all! I hope to visit some of the caverns over the next couple years as my little one grows. Harper's Ferry isn't too far, that's probably the closest tourist point. Nice to have a neighbor!

Charles Town is about an hour or so drive from here, but I haven't been yet. I'm afraid of losing too much money. Although, I did finance my DVC so maybe I should just go..... (Hey, I had to make it partially on topic )
