Changes at Cape May Cafe?

Hi all,

So my husband loved Cape May for its all you can eat steamers and crab legs, that’s his only request each trip. We haven’t been since pre-Covid in late 2019. What is it like there now? I was just looking at the menu online and is there an up charge now for crab legs?

It’s served family style and crab legs are not included. If you were a fan of the buffet, my suggestion would be to steer clear until it comes back. We ate there soon after it reopened and it was, bar none, the worst meal I have had on Disney property. The buffet was a favorite of ours, so we were completely crushed. I know there’s a thread about Cape May on here if you search for it and the nays outweigh the yeas by a large margin.

Completely agree. We ate there in June 2021 to try out the new format - it was awful. The smallest servings and, when we wanted more, the servers were MIA and it seemed by design. Even when we flagged someone down to get extra servings, they brought minimal food. We left hungry. It was not a good experience.
