Didn't they close the lounge or bar that used to be right off the BC lobby and turn it into a morning coffee shop, pastery/ muffin/bagel shop for the mornings? I don't know if it's used for anything else. Could be wrong.

you are right. a choice between 1 or 2 beds is more reasonable.
