after reading here about the buses at the All Stars.. I changed our resort to POP... we stayed at AoA last year, and wanted to try some place else this year!!!!

and got a preferred room which should be close to the main lobby .. I HOPE

Good luck! Most of the comments about sharing buses at the All Stars are either about "off" times of day or hearsay/not from personal experience.

The All Stars have less rooms, so less people getting on the bus. I have "heard" that sometimes people wait through multiple buses at Pop because the lines are so long.

We have stayed at Pop and the All-stars. We had better experiences with the buses at All-Stars. We rarely shared. With Pop the buses were always crowded and the waits were longer!

I called and asked about the buses and the cm told me they did share the buses on pickups from the hotel. I stayed at AoA last year and had to wait on the "next bus" a few times. Depends on the time you converge at the bus stop. I was more concerned with the added stops. It is already a long commute to the park. I didnt want to add more time on a bus.

I've stayed at pop numerous times and the only time the buses were crazy was when the magic kingdom closed. However they were awesome about calling in more buses and it never took long to get back. I'm sure you'll love it there!
