Changed our mind on visiting US is there anyway

We bought our tickets with our Disney Package through our travel agent. Is there anyway to get a refund on our tickets or are they transferable?

*Will be staying at Disney for 6 days and just cant find the time to fit in a trip to US and AI.

If you purchased the special tix that are non-expiring, just keep them for when you come down again. Like Disney, I don't think Universal refunds tix but you could call Guest Services and ask.
