Changed our flights and I'm so happy!

We're down to 60 days tomorrow. I was checking the Southwest website and our outgoing flight had dropped about $50 in price (and for a family of 5, that's a lot of credit!). While I was looking at changing, I also decided to switch up from arriving at LAX at 4:40 pm on a Friday, to arriving at 9:30 am. I didn't book that flight originally because it will mean we'll have to get up at 3:30 am to get on our outgoing flight, and I didn't want to mess with that, but I'm getting increasingly nervous about the rush hour traffic.

We'll get up early and save myself the concern of being in traffic. We can take a nap once we're checked in.

good for you. I heard there were some prices reductions on SWA; I checked for my flight but alas I was not as lucky. But we did get 6 tix for just $800 so I figure we still got a good deal.

We just did the same thing!!!! We are going in a day earlier and now we will be able to visit monterey like we wanted.
