Changed Dates w/ DVC but MDE not updated

Hello, modified my dates on the DVC website and confirmed they are updated. However mydisneyexperience still shows the old dates. How do I get MDE to update?

Have you logged out and back in to MDE? I find that helps

I had a similar experience, but instead of date changes it was the resort I changed. I clicked on the "check-in" button and the first page showed the correct resort. When I went back to the homepage it showed the correct resort.

I had the same experience with one reservation not updating resorts and did the same as @chicagodisneyguy to force it to update.

The bigger issue is a reservation that I made and linked 3 days ago is completely invisible under MDE plans, despite getting a message that it's already linked if I try to link again.

Chatted with DVC CM who said to use chrome instead of safari - that worked. They also said to clear cache in safari as well.

That happened to me a couple of days ago and same thing. Once I updated check in it "fixed" the main MDE page.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Yesterday I modified an Animal Kingdom Lodge stay to a Bay Lake Tower stay. MDE is not updating.

I had an issue with an added person to my reservation. When I called ms he said I had to call to have the MDE updated. Not sure if that would apply to your situation though.

I’ve cleared cache and tried suggestions here, but OKW is showing on MDE, not BCV. IF I have to call I will. Never had this happen before and I’ve changed things often!

Have a real odd one to add to this thread......

We decided to add on 2 nights to our Christmas trip and initially got RIV Preferred but then a BLT Lake opened up so grabbed that to save some points. I DID NOT link it to MDE until a few days after switching to BLT. But it initially went in as a RIV stay until I did online check in. Then it switched to BLT in my plans.

I had figured since I didn't add it to MDE until after it had been switched to BLT that it would go in as BLT.....
