Change wording on a design. Can anyone help???

I know this is short notice but I was wondering if anyone can help.

I already asked Amy (M_I_C_K_E_Y), as it was a design she had made for me years ago, and since she can't do Disney stuff anymore she gave her ok.

I would just need the wording changed to:

(Above picture):
MY DAD'S HOME FROM AFGHANISTAN FOR R&R

(Below picture):
AND WE'RE CELEBRATING WITH A TRIP TO WALT DISNEY WORLD

Any help would be very much appreciated, TIA
