Change rm category after deposit pd?

I booked 2 courtyard rms at WL for Dec on the DC Winter Dream Maker pkg. I have paid my deposit. Is it possible for me to call and upgrade to concierge or will I have some sort of penalty?

It should be no problem as long as they are available.

I did that too, I booked a woods, then upgraded to a courtyard. They were happy to take my additional money!

Should be no problem. They are always willing to help and make sure you're happy. We changed our reservation twice, and they were really nice about it.
