Change Reservation link doesn't work for me

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with the Change Reservation link? It just sends me back to My Reservations and Tickets.

I used to. It was the first thing that quit working on my old account. I lived with that for at least a year before other issues popped up to the point I had to have a new account created. Now the change feature works again
