Change Party Fastpass question - not trying to circumvent rules

So every August my family of 4 goes to WDW. And every year, there are some specific rides that my husband and I hate that my boys love (I'm looking at you, Kali and Splash). I don't want to get wet, but my boys love it.

So each year all four of us get fastpasses for those rides and when the time comes, my 2 boys go on using theirs, and then they get to ride again using mine and my husband's passes.

So we have a trip planned for this August, with 10 days of super-fun planned in the parks. Room's been booked on a bounceback since last August, ADRs made, Fastpasses made, trip paid off. Hooray!

And . . . now my husband has a work conflict and is going to have to miss the first half of our trip. THE MISERY!!! I'm going to go with the boys, and he's going to arrive on about our sixth park day.

We're on a package, so I'm not going to be making any changes to his tickets - he will just end up not using five of the ten days on his ticket.

So I've NOT been as religious this year as in previous years about checking the board, and apparently, I've slept through KIND OF A BIG CHANGE -- AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHH!

So after all that build up, I have the following question:

On the first five days, is there any way I can use my heartbreakingly absent husband's wet ride passes for my boys in the way we have done in the past, using change party? His ticket will NOT have been used in the park that day.

Are there any scenarios where a CM will allow me to scan his band into the parks for those first five days? Or any scenarios where change party can be used legitimately to make this happen?

I do not think they will allow you toscan your husbands MB to use hit fast passes. How will they get a finger scan?

No, they're clamping down on it - if he isn't in the park, you can't use his FP.

You cannot use your DH's ticket for park entrance when he is not in attendance as someone else's biometric gets linked to that specific ticket.

Using your DH's pre-booked FPs is equivalent to having used his linked Tickets as FP Generators and that is no longer an allowable topic of discussion on DIS.
