Fast? Yes...some of the drivers tend to be fast. I don't think anyone learns....they just get used to it.

I just meant that if it only takes you 3 weeks in AUS to get use to more drivers on the road, then that's quicker than here in the DC area. Drivers here don't ever seem to get use to other drivers - they're oblivious most of the time, busy multi-tasking when they should be paying attention to the road.
